After studing International Law at the the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, Carolina moved to communication, image development and styling. She embarked on her career at Gianfranco Ferré, where as Head of the International Press Office she also handled PR activities and event organization abroad. In 2002 she opened her consultant agency specializing in fashion related services and in event planning/production. From 2006 through 2008, she worked in partnership with Starworks – an international, full service brand communications agency – staging world-class events, devoting particular attention to celebrity endorsement and product placement activities. General Director of Cinema Against Aids – a major charity gala in favour of the amfAR foundation chaired by Elizabeth Taylor – Carolina has supervised numerous editions of the fundraiser in Rome and Milan, managing all aspects of the event: from the compiling of guest and celebrity lists, to fundraising and sponsorship activities, to general production services. Beyond her extensive experience in the spheres of celebrity endorsement and full-scale production of advertising campaigns and marketing tools, Carolina is an editorial consultant in matters of styling, art direction and production for publications such as The New York Times T Magazine, Indian Vogue, Vogue Gioiello and L’Officiel Italia.
With a degree in Business Management from King’s College and subsequent graduate coursework at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London (Art Direction, Photography, Fashion Styling), Bérengère Lux presents a particularly product oriented profile. After various professional experiences in London and New York working for important photography agencies like Art Partner (assistant to Mario Testino), she took her career in a major new direction with a job at Jimmy Choo, iconic shoe brand, for which over the years Bérengère handled international market development.
In addition to the collaboration with Jimmy Choo, worked as a strategic development consultant for the shoe collection designed by Brit stylist Tabitha Simmons, a project that took her to work between Milan and New York.
